Since WWII, Calvin Barr has lived with the secret that he was responsible for the assassination of Adolf Hitler. Now, decades later, the US government has called on him again for a new top-secret mission. Bigfoot has been living deep in the Canadian wilderness and is carrying a deadly plague that is now threatening to spread to the general population. Relying on the same skills that he honed during the war, Calvin must set out to save the free world yet again. Starring Sam Elliott, Aidan Turner, Caitlin FitzGerald and Ron Livingston, The Man Who Killed Hitler and Then the Bigfoot follows the epic adventures of an American legend that no one has ever heard of.

  • Terrible waste of time.

What a waste of it time. Was this written by a 3rd grader? Everything is so amateur. Do not waste your time on this.
  • Boring

I watched this movie just based on the title. What a let down. Such a boring film. Do not recommend.
  • Don’t listen to the negative reviews

This is a good drama, and well worth the time. The ending pulls this movie together perfectly. The killing of Hitler and Bigfoot are really side notes to the personal tragedy of the main character. This movie is about pain and the time lost that comes with a Combat Veteran.
  • Not sure what happened??

That was the worst movie I’ve seen in a long time. I love Sam Elliott, but couldn’t stand this character! Thank goodness I only rented it! Even then it wasn’t worth the money!
  • A really dumb story told very well

    By The BobDizzle
This movie is basically fun to watch. It’s pretty, has good character development and has just enough action to maintain your interest. However, when the movie ends you will tell yourself, “my goodness, that was a really stupid story, but I still kinda liked it.”
  • Don’t trust rotten tomatoes

Love Sam Elliott, but this movie was horrible. It's like 4 incomplete story lines combined to make one incomplete movie with lots of plot and dialogue holes. It feels like they either couldn’t figure out what they wanted the movie to be about or they just ran out of money and tried to piece a movie together out of the only footage they had.
  • Good movie.

I thought this movie was pretty great. The title will have you believe it’s amateur or goofy but it is neither.
  • Wow

    That. Was. Terrible. Enough said.
  • Bait and switch

From the trailer this bills itself as an all action movie, but this coildn't be further from the truth. Yes, both of the actions in the title do mactually happen, which accounts for maybe 90 seconds, but the remainder is drudgingly pedantic, with poor character development and a very weak story line. A great opportunity squandered - all 4 of us were not impressed.
  • Not what I expected and I am not disappointed

This is a one of a kind movie. It wasn't what I had expected from the Trailer, but nontheless, this is great story that is well acted by all. The title does tell you what this movie is about and the parody between the two is fantasic. If you like a deep moving story, this is for you, please do not think it is an action movie.
